By entering a venue at which ExperiencePix systems are operating, you (the guest) agree to the following terms and conditions:
- ExperiencePix is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- ExperiencePix is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the venue premises including any injuries or accidents incurred as a result of interacting with ExperiencePix equipment and systems and including any accidents or injuries caused by ExperiencePix equipment and systems.
- ExperiencePix systems may be closed or not operational for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.
- Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by ExperiencePix and the venue by staff or signage.
- ExperiencePix reserves the right to refuse distribution of photographs without reason and without refund.
- The guest grants permission to ExperiencePix to take photos and videos of them during their visit.
- The guest grants permission for these photos to be available for sale.
- The guest grants permission to ExperiencePix to use any photographs or videos taken of them during their visit for promotional purposes.
- Any disputes or claims arising from your visit to the amusement park shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the venue is located.
